What Causes Anxiety And Hallucinations While On Nucynta?

I am taking nucynta er 50 mg bid and am having symptoms of tremors, aggression, anxiety, hallucinations and sweating a lot. My last dose was at 0900 today. I am not going to take another dose. Will it be ok? I had surgery on 3/31 and pain is tolerable. Will i go through withdrawal? Should I go to ER? I am a 66 y.o. female w/htn.
