What Causes Anxiety And Muscle Pain?

My mother (57year old) is suffering from anxiety,muscular pain, problem in working /walking (mostly in left side) . weight loss. Local doctors said she has got Perkinson's. We want to take her to AIIMS. Since we are from west Bengal, it is a problem to Go to your institute without any appointment. Please suggest what we can do this?
