What Causes Anxiety And Nervousness While On Lipicard For Elevated Triglycerides?

I am suffering from panic attacks and when doing new work in company I usually feel panic ,I prescribed clonafeit beta 0.5 .my triglyceride was high so doctor prescribed lipcard 160mg now its back to normal.My bp is high as I am suffering from intense anxiety and nervousness .Plz solve my problem so that I can lead a peaceful life .I am suffering from intense fear and anxiety.
