What Causes Anxiety And Soreness In Stomach While Taking HRT?

I have recently started on combined hrt therapy and am also suffering depression from a recent marriage separation Since starting on hrt I have been very anxious, feeling a bit sore in the stomach, have period pain but no bleeding and feeling weird in the head

Hi.

HRT can cause a few gastric issues, but the anxiety is most probably either a side effect of the HRT or due to a hormonal imbalance which was the reason why the HET was initiated. In my opinion, wait for a few days to see if the anxiety subsides and if it doesnt then report to your doctor to help you with your anxiety; especially if it results in lack of sleep.
