I feel faint in the morning, it makes my stomach churn although I have been to the toilet. I ve had condition for months. My husband died 4 weeks ago, I do know I suffer from anxiety, doctor prescribed propagation, which I take when I feel an anxiety attack coming on. What can I do to alleviate this condition before it takes hold. I am 79 yrs, but am told I look and behave like a 60 year old. Is it low sugar, should I take something sweet when I wake up?
For anxiety, you can have physical symptoms. With severe anxiety often feel very tired and have tense muscles and you can get stomach aches or feel chest tightness. You should see your doctor again if your anxiety is not improved. Your doctor can ask you questions that are designed to measure your anxiety level. If you do have a problem with anxiety, there are different treatments that can help. You should exercise can help many people feel less anxious. It’s also a good idea to cut down on or stop drinking coffee and other sources of caffeine. Caffeine can make anxiety worse. Meet counselling and psychotherapy also help.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
