Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 71 yr old female that had a severe anxiety attack 10 months ago. Arm, legs, feet & hands were all shaking. Went right to my GP who prescribed .05mg of Zanax. It immediately resolved my shaking & I got off them pretty quickly because of their propensity to be habit forming. However, for these past 10 months I get these attacks of shaking & quivering in my stomach that can last most of the day. As it begins to subside it moves to my legs, then my feet before terminating at my toes. Some days, not many, I don t get this at all. As a young girl I doctored for pyloris spasms. Do you have any thoughts what may be causing this prolonged condition & how I may resolve it?
hi, i will suggest u that u have panic attacks, mostly it start with some event at first episode. than it will precipitate with any event but mostly related to first event. i will suggest to start tab.paxep cr(12.5) 0-0-1 with tab.clonotril(0.5) 1/2-1/2-1 for 15 days and consult near by any psychiatrist.
