Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Anxiety, Hair Loss And Fatigue With Normal Blood Pressure?
I am having some strange episodes, like feelings of anxiety, some recent hair loss, fatigue, and something that feels like light headed, but no episodes of faintness. I know anxiety can mimic many symptoms, my blood pressure is normal. Don t know what my blood sugar level is.
You might need to have a thyroid check to rule out the thyroid as the cause of the symptoms you are having. TSH and FT4 are the tests needed and if these come out normal then you don't have problems with the thyroid causing the symptoms. Other tests to do because of the hair loss is CBC to rule out anemia and iron deficiency as the hair is very sensitive to this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj General & Family Physician
