What Causes Anxiety With Increase In Heart Rate While Watching TV?
When I am watching TV that is intense or I am really excited for, I start shaking. My hands and legs uncontrollably shake. My heart rate speeds up and I start to get scared. I can slow it down by breathing deeply, but it has been happening quite often.

Symptoms of panic attack usually begin abruptly and include rapid heartbeat, chest sensations, shortness of breath, dizziness, tingling, and severe anxiousnes. The peak age at which people have their first panic attack (onset) is 15-19 years of age. panic attacks are real and potentially quite emotionally disabling. Fortunately, they can be controlled with specific treatments. Variety of treatments available for controlling panic attacks, including several effective medical treatments, and specific forms of psychotherapy. I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist first to diagnose and he will put some medications which needs his supervision. Effective ways to prevent panic attacks for people who have had them include avoiding triggers for panic, like alcohol or stimulants like caffeine, diet pills, or cocaine.
