What Causes Anxiety With Increase In Heart Rate While Watching TV?

When I am watching TV that is intense or I am really excited for, I start shaking. My hands and legs uncontrollably shake. My heart rate speeds up and I start to get scared. I can slow it down by breathing deeply, but it has been happening quite often.
