What Causes Anxiety,confused And Hungry Feeling?

I ve recently been dealing with some trauma that happened to me a while ago and I ve been trying to write it down to get it off my chest, but in me doing so it s stirred up soe serious emotion with in me. I feel angry and confused and sad. So I decided to stop writing because of that. Since I ve stopped writing Ive had the hope that it would just go away but now it s on my mind all the time and I spend all day thinking about it and feel sad. I had an anxiety attack two days ago and I just don t ever want to be alone because I don t want to get trapped in the thoughts I have about it. I don t know what to do about it. What should I do?

Hi,

Chest X-ray and imaging studies can be done, analgesics can be helpful. Go to a surgeon for consultation before you go for anti-depressants. Try out the 'Art of Living' OMBW course. It will lead you out of those repetitive thoughts even on second day of the course. Otherwise, sleep meds and antidepressants come with side effects.
