What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Fatigue And Joint Pain?

I have loss of appetite, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, neuropathy in my leges, and non-epileptic seizures. I have had these symptems since I was 11, but they are getting worse. They tested me for Sjogrens and that came back negative. I have been diagnosed with POTS, but the medicine is not helping the seizures and I am getting worse.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dear the symptoms which you mentioned are common symptoms of many diseases, so possible causes are; anemia, connective tissue disorders or post viral Fever status etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done. Viral markers, ANA blood test, Ra factor , thyroid profile etc.
Please consult your neurophysician/rheumatologist and get treated accordingly.

Take Care
