What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Fever And Stomachache?

started feeling bad, week ago, lose of appetite, fever, sweats started the last few days. shortness of breathe, stomach pains no matter if I eat or not. Tylenol every 6-8 hrs. No nasal drip, no cough. Started on doxycycline and albuterol yesterday not getting better. Husband started the same thing today.

Hi,

You need to be hospitalized if shortness of breath continue. The dyspnea could be due to bronchoconstriction problem. For that detailed chest examination and chest X-ray needed.

Your stomach pain, loss of appetite could be due to typhoid or viral gastritis. You can investigate with widal test for typhoid for primary work up. Pantoprazole like antacid meanwhile can be prescribed.
