What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Hair Loss And Dry Skin?

I haven t felt hungry in two years now im loosing my hair an skin is dry because i have to force myself to eat . Been to mhmr an has put me on remeron and cybalta but didn t work i still feel no hunger I m haven t went back to doctor. I m really worried about my health and never feeling hungry i also have insomnia i just want to feel hungry and happy again i feel like I m the only one who suffers from this.

Appetite loss along with hair loss may be due to anxiety or depression or insomnia or hypothyroidism or infection or malignancy etc.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Do regular exercise and yoga.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.
