What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Insomnia And Dizziness?

For the past 25 days I ve been experiencing loss of appetite, insomnia, lightheaded when standing, irritability and heart palpitations. Which doctor do I need to see to get an accurate diagnosis of these issues and to find the underlying cause if there is one?
