What Causes Appetite Loss And Chest Pain When Suffering From Gestational Diabetes?

I am pregnant I have gestational diabetes and I m and in the beginning of having preeclampsia I am 38 weeks and I feel like I m going to get sick I have no energy to do anything lost my appetite and have a sharp pain in my chest on the right side should I go to the hospital?

I really appreciate your concern, just control your thought it may not be pre-eclampsia of course it is the diabetes but it can be well managed with proper medication stop worrying and discuss this with gynecologist hope this information helps.
