What Causes Appetite Loss And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
I have had a decrease in appetite, almost none at all. My stomach feels bloated and full of gas. I pass gas a little through the day but not much. I have a dull pain in the lower left side of my lower abdomen. Even with the decrease in eating I have not loss any weight.

Probably its colon problem..take spasmolytic medication and eat alot of vegetables and fruits...try to make some exercise as well..
