What Causes Appetite Loss And Stomach Upset In An Infant?

My 5 months old son is feeding very less since yesterday. Yesterday he pooped twice, 1st was liquid with strong bad odour and 2nd time was normal with not so strong odours. Passed gas a few ties with bad smell. I am not blessed with sufficient breastmilk supply. He did breastfeeding and topfeed of approximately 6oz in 24 hours. Passing yellow urine. Today morning poopedal once that was liquid type and not willing to feed. Not even breastfeeding. Please guide.

Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
Do a liver function test.If the liver parameters are almost within the range, he can lead a near normal life.Avoid alcohol and hepatotoxic substances.
