What Causes Appetite Loss In A Child?

My granddaughter is 3 years old. She is a very good eater. She has not had an appetite for the past 2 days. She threw up yesterday morning, had diarrhea twice (thin), took a nap, then developed a rash on her back, stomach and chest. Her ears were also red and swollen. She has not eaten much today and has thrown up again tonight.
