What Causes Arm Ache?

On saturday i was playing cricket and while diving for a ball have hurt my arm. I felt it click out of place and back into place as i fell. After this my arm was hurting. Soon after the ball came to me and i had to pick it up and throw it into the keeper. After i did my arm hurt and went all limp and so i thought that i had dislocated it. The umpires came over and believed that i did not however. I twisted my wrist and my arm fell back to its state after the fall. At the current moment it aches and still does hurt. What do you think has happened to me?
