What Causes Arm Bruising, Aching, Swelling And Pain With Shoulder Area Ache?

swelling just above elbow - whole arm feels bruised thursdayI noticed that my arm was aching - then on saturday I noticed some swelling just above my elbow - later on that day when I put some pressure through my hand, a sharp pain went up my arm. (this is still happening) Today the swelling is worse and I now have a dull ache down one side of my arm (from the elbow down) and my wrist is hurting slightly. For the last hour I've also noticed a dull ache in my shoulder/ neck area. There is no discolouration on my arm, just the swelling.
