What Causes Arm Pain And Cramping In Foot?

my right arm aches to the center of the palm and sometimes when i use the laptop,my fingers suddenly r not aligned and freeze...and also my right foot does the same and there is i feel some thing like cramping in in the foot that i feel i cannot move my leg when it happens...
