What Causes Arm Pain And Numbness During Sleep?

Hi, Ive been having this proble, like a week ago im 6 months and 1 week and my right arm has been falling asleep and it hurts in the middle of the night i wake up crying because of the pain and it wont go away even in the day why is this happening
