What Causes Arm Pain And Numbness In Fingers?

my right arm hurts really badly. i felt the bone there feelslike a dip . But then agan im no expert.i out ice on it for five minutes last night , i had swelling from that. my fingers are numb but i can move them a little bit.It hurts when ever i move it a surtain way or even not move it. The pain has been going on for two days now and feels like its getting worse.
