Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

A musculo-skeletal pain or a nerve compression could be the cause of your arm pain.

I would recommend trying ibuprofen for the pain. The relief of your symptoms by this drug would indicate one of the above mentioned causes underlying your symptoms.

If your problems persist, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and performing some tests:

- complete blood count, ESR, PCR for inflammation
- a nerve conduction study for possible nerve compression.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
