What Causes Arm Pain With Headaches?

Hi I am experiencing pain in my right arm going from the top of my shoulder dawn into my arm, it comes and goes feels like a really bad head ache in my arms. I have been experiencing this for about a week now . I also have m.s but my ms nurse tells me it dosent seam to be an ms pain.
