What Causes Arm Twitching After Taking Cervical ESI?

Hello, I had 2 cervical steroid injections in the past week; today (4 days after the 2nd) I had crazy twitching in both my arms / muscles. The twitching seemed to be in the same areas as the tingling / numbness was before the epidurals. I put on a big ice pack for 30 min and it stopped the twitching but it feels ready to start again. Is this a cause for getting help? Jeff

twitching in the arm has many causes but in your case it seems to be due to slight nerve injury due to steroid injection. Secondly it may occur due to pressure from the injection. Thirdly most common cause of twitching is hypocalcemia. So you may check your calcium levels.
