What Causes Arm, Wrist, Elbow And Shoulder Pain?

Hi, for the last 4 weeks I have had a aching pain in my right arm on and off, it gets worse when i lay down and sit down, the pain is in my wrist, elbow and shoulder. (mainly in my wrist) could it just be a pinched nerve? or should I go see someone about it? thanks
