What Causes Arms And Shoulders Pain Intermittently?

i have pain in my arms and shoulders that comes and goes for the past 3 weeks, but mostly in my left arm. Can it be that i havw some heart problems. I have prolapse in my vault. i did ultrasound and stress test 1 month ago, and everything was fine.
