What Causes Arms To Go To Sleep At Night?

I have also had both arms go to sleep at night and have gone to the chiropractor for that. Adjustments and ultrasound treatments on my upper back muscles have helped, but the arms are still going to sleep. Do you think the sensation in my foot is related?
