What Causes Arrhythmic Heart Beat?

somtimes it feels like my heart skips a beaat, and I find that I sigh more often than normal. Like I need more oxygen or something. It seems to be happening more and more often. it s been going on and off for maybe five or six years and now it iss pretty steaady, daily thing. any suggestions?

it can be just physiological take ECG and consult cardiologist an implantation of pace maker may be considered.it is to be diagnosed whether there is conduction block.
