I am a 71 y/o male. I use sertraline for PTSD. Also atenolol 100mg, benazepril 20mg, metformin 1000mg and gemfibrozil 600mg. I am tired most times. Have trouble getting up after squatting. Arthritis is several places.I notice some trembling in my left hand. Sleep is fairly good, some toilet breaks during the night. Any recommendations?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out conditions like thyroid disorders or Parkinson’s disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
