What Causes Aspermia Upon Intake Of Tadalafil?
i am 32 year old just married i had sex last night i took tadalafil 10 mg tab and apply lidocaine 2% jel over my penis. We had sex at least 3 times in night but i did not ejaculate we want a baby soon but my sperm did not come last night even having sex 3 times. Why this happen? and what should I do next time when I go for sex with my partner to ejaculate

Dear, it is quite usual not to ejaculate after applying a local anaesthetic on your penis as it will prevent your nervous system to reach that level of excitement or orgasm.,though it increases your time greatly...., you do not need to worry about that..you will ejaculate as ypu did in past..,you should have atleast 7 days of abstinence than proceed without drugs.,
if this will not help you than consult a psychiatrist for further...
