Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
There are four main causes of asthenospermia.
1.Abnormal liquefaction or high viscosity of seminal fluid is the main cause of asthenozoospermia.
2.Infection of Epididymis, seminiferous duct, Seminal vesicle of testis can decrease motility of sperms.
3.Hormonal problems - If estrogen in serum increases or Low testosterone in serum is more likely to asthenozoospermia.
4. Conditions like stress, nutritional deficency, chemicals from industrial hazard, etc can also effect motility of sperm

As you have partial Asthenospermia, To some extent, motility can be improved by following steps:-
1.Avoid frequent masturbation.
2.Keep far away from chemical/ indrustrial agents.
3. Keep a healthy diet. Avoid smoking, drinking, sitting up late or all night, having hot bath need to be corrected in the daily life.

Refer to your physician for consultation
Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps.
