What Causes Asymmetrical Size Of Testicles Along With Lump On Scrotum?

I have a lump on the right side of my ball bag and then some under the scrotum and my inner leg towards my anus they are quite sore also my right testicle earlier retreated upwards whilst my left stayed in the same place now they are both at the same height

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having formation of some cyst or developing hydrocele or developing inguinal hernia causing this problem.
It is better judged with clinical examination.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
