Hello,

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pounding heart rate with all other symptoms of yours looks like anxiety but to exclude any heart disease get a basic cardiac evaluation is done which includes ECG and echocardiography done and consult a physician with reports for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
