What Causes Auditory Hallucination When Suffering From PTSD?
my boyfriend is telling me stuff like. I have been hearing voices. i cant always make out what they are saying. Someone is out there, can you hear them talking? hes acting paranoid. he has been diagnosed with PTSD in the past. we have been together for over 3 years. the only other time he has acted like this was about 2 months ago. his BP now is 193/124 and his pulse is 111. thank you for your help!

It sounds like the PTSD is causing this, periods with stress can trigger psychosis-like reactions. He should see his doctor or a psychiatrist for help.
