What Causes Auditory Hallucinations And Dizziness?

I ve been experiencing weird noises here and there in my left ear drum....almost like when the cloud pressure changes.....except now (since about Monday) I feel slight vertigo/dizziness & I m having troubles concentrating. Could it be an ear infection? Or maybe I have fluid in my ears?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be benign paroxismal vertigo. It is an issue of the inner ear. I suggest using Meclizine hydrochloride three times a day. I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
