What Causes Awful Odor From Menstrual Bleeding?

I am on my period and I noticed that when I change my tampon, the blood has a horrible odor like decaying meat! Thinking maybe I forgot a tampon prior, I investigated. What I felt has me terrified! My g-spot is swollen to the size of a plum, rough & swollen, bigger than normal. As my finger went deeper, I felt 2 hard like balls, slightly to the left, not just straight up inside me! What could these be??

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Hard lump in the vagina and foul smelling odour can be due to vaginal or cervical cancer.
I will strongly recommend that you should consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible to get properly examined internally, get a biopsy done, of required, and then get the further treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
