What Causes Back Ache And Pelvic Pressure In Pregnancy?

Hey, Im about to be 30 weeks pregnant in 2 days. first child, suffered a miscarriage a year ago. I have been having allot of trouble with pelvic pressure and pain, back aches, headaches, dizziness, hotness, and nausea. I also have fallen 2 times within the pass week and a half...i go back to my doc next week, but im just so uncomofrtable, and worried that something could be wrong, do i need to make an appointment with him or is my baby ok?

I understand your concern.
- Pelvic pressure you have can arise from simple causes like indigestion along with bloating to calcium & vitamin deficiency , pelvic inflammation, urinary & bladder infection..
- BUT the signs of dizziness, head ache you have ..specially along with head ache & fall concerns me. ,for high blood pressure may follow some of above causes & high blood pressure at 30 weeks of pregnancy needs to be checked & managed earliest.
So , you need to make an appointment with your doctor ASAP .. for there are no signs of your baby being troubled at present, the symptoms you have do demand earliest diagnosis & specific treatment to avoid further complications in pregnancy.
Please don't be tense..early diagnosis & management does help in taking pregnancy to term & a safe delivery .
