What Causes Back Ache, Head Ache And Dizziness?

My husband. Is suffering for extremely back pain starting at the neck,lips burning,headache,stomach-ache,numbness,lost of taste,dizziness,excessive sweetness.He is in constant pain,can not sleep,depressed.His blood pressure has reached 240 two days ago and some other times before that. He also retains water,has a lot of gas,feels like he wants to do member one but only a few drops come out. He is taking medication for blood pressure,diabetics,inflammation ,nerve damage,and muscle relaxes.
