What Causes Back And Abdominal Pain While Walking?

Hi, I have a problem. I ve had a headache for 6 days now. It has not gone away or gotten better. I also have back pain. It started in my shoulder , right shoulder ,then my upper back spinal cord. Then it has moved down to mid back spinal cord. My hips also started to hurt. When I walk ,right in the center of my stomach hurts, feels wierd, and that started 3 days ago. I ve never felt this pain before. This is new.

Maybe, you are suffering from somatic pain syndrome, which means usually there will be a lot of pain in the body, but pathology will not be there in the body but will be there in mind. Yes, your mental tension or stress would be causing all these symptoms.

If you have any depression, then kindly see a psychiatrist once. You can get rid of all the pains if you practice yoga, meditation, and exercise. For now, you can take any painkillers for 3 to 5 days.
