What Causes Back And Chest Pimples With Pain, Swelling And Redness?

Good morning I am having painfull pimples in my back and chest , two or three as maximum Red and swalon big ones . My age is reaching 38 after few months and I am male gender . Is it because the SGOT level in my blood or because the hermons unbalance inside me This pimbles it s going and coming since the teen age time . Your help is highly appreciated

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have back and chest pimples with pain, swelling and redness which is due to clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do yoga and meditation daily. You should get hormone levels monitored. Make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. You should take proper antibiotic course for acne vulgaris. Take Multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You can take erytop gel as well. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Also wash back and chest with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
