What Causes Back And Left Abdomen Pain During A Pregnancy?
I am 39 weeks 3days pregnant and I am having horrible pain on the left side of my back almost like a pinched nerve feeling. It eased off earlier but it is back now and worse. I am now also having pain on the left side of my abdomen and lower back ache. Is this just a pulled muscle or could I be in labor aka back labor maybe?

it can be due to stone or due to muscle spasm..
