Hello,
I can understand your concern very well.
I would like to tell you that if backache and abdominal pain is not associated with any kind of vaginal discharge or cramping, then you need not to worry much, but at the same time you need to be proactive to prevent any kind of complications.
So i would advise you to take proper bed rest, avoid sexual intercourse, avoid heavy weight lifting, take healthy protein rich diet, take tablet susten to maintain pregnancy and contact your gynec if any kind of vaginal discharge occurs. These precautions are mainly important during 1st trimester, because chances of abortion are more in 1st trimester.
Hope this answers your question and let me know directly if you have any further relevant queries, i will be happy to guide you in proper direction. Best of luck for your pregnancy.
