What Causes Back And Neck Ache After A Minor Surgery?

Hi i was seriouly vilated 5 years ago i had minor surgery but i am having cronic pain i have been to my local doctor many time with no solutions i have serious back and neck problem my knees sieze up some mornings and it take me along time to get up my pelvis seems to move and i now walk on my toes to help with the pain iam 41 year old female and have 3 children can you please advise i am willing to travel
