What Causes Back Bone Pain After Taking Vitamin D And Calcium Supplement?
Hi, I had a sudden back pain some time back and for two days i was not able to getup from bed and it slowly reduced and in 2 days i was somewhat ok and in 5 days i was able to walk normally again. I checked with doctor and i am taking vitamin d and calcium supplement. But Now i am getting more bone pain in the morning . Does it because the bones are recovering or something

No it started with pain in back, You are relieved with treatment you had taken and are on tab calcium and vit D. May be your bone density is subnormal it will take some weeks to strenthening the bones. Have physiotherapy till then
