What Causes Back Pain, Abdominal Pain And Gastric Troubles During Pregnancy?

Hi, end of Jan 2014 I had done a USG (inside vagina) for delayed periods, which gave results of a positive pregnancy and a also a cyst of 17 mm X 18 mm size in my right ovary, i had gone for medication to clear the issue and repeated another USG of abdomen in Feb which was a normal study. Now for the last 1 month i am suffering from back pain and abdominal pain and severe gastric complaints, I checked up with my gynec who gave a through physical chek up and gave me a normal study. I am worried if the cyst has grown and is creating problems, plz help.

Hello madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion if the ovarian cyst is grown it will be visible in the ultrasound.But as you are saying everything was normal that might not be the cause.Moreover cyst causes fever,vomitings along with pain abdomen.
So just to clear the doubt you may get the ultrasound done.so dont worry.relax.
Gastritis is routinely seen in pregnancy.Avoid spicy diet.And take food every 2 hrs in small quantities.
Back pain is seen in pregnancy due to alteration in spine.Can take paracetamol for back pain.
Gastritis and backpain are not associated with ovarian cyst.
