What Causes Back Pain After Having Laser Pyloplasty For Hydronephrosis?

I was having hydrinephrosis in 2013 and after that i was done laser endopyloplasty and after that hydroneprosia came down.but since 10 days i am feeeling again back pain..i also did kft and it showed good levels of urea and creàtinine now what do as i am having pain again.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is just pain and no other symptoms are there and this is nothing to worry because it could be renal colic and some time it comes around on its own it not severe and it can be managed with "Tab Dicyclomine Acetaminophen" as per needed hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
