What Causes Back Pain Along With Abdominal Pressure?
Hello I woke up this morning and my back was hurting just a little bit thought it might have been stiff but once I left the house it seem as if the pain is worse it is on my lower back on the right-hand side and its like pain back there with a little pressure going towards the front of my abdomen

Hello,
It may be due to muscle sprain. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Do regular physical therapy. Maintain proper posture. In case of not getting relief you may require MRI back after orthopedic surgeon consultation consultation.
