What Causes Back Pain Along With Headache And Chest Pain?

I am an fairly active 68 yr old woman. I am still working but think I am under some family stress. I am having some chest pain that goes all the way to my back. I recently lost about 25 pounds all with in the last 3 months. My husband and I was on a special diet to get him off some of his meds. I went to bed early last night as I was so tired, and ached in all my limbs and my back hurt really bad and had a dul headache. The back pain has been in my right wing. But last night it was in my whole back. What do you think?
