What Causes Back Pain And Abdominal Pain?

So i have been suffering from back pain just below my rib, also abdominal pain, when theses pains get extremely painful i can barely stay still and crying, also during theses pain outbreaks i feel like vomiting and have diareah. About a month ago i went to the er cause i couldnt handle the pain anymore, I had taken two vicodin pills and my pain was still there at the er they gave me two pain killer shots and the pain went down but it was mildly there still. Once walking out of the er I threw up. I am currently suffering from mild pain and it has been three days already. What am i suffering from
